.Rights Type: 

Right is divided into three parts . 

(1) Natural rights 

(2) Moral rights 

(3) the legal right 

Rights Features: 

(I) rights are not unlimited .

(Ii) rights are only possible in a society . 

(Iii) the claims of individual rights .

(Iv) the right of an individual to perform specific tasks have the power .

(V) rights is recognized by society .

(Vi) rights are universal .

(Vii) the rights granted by the state and is protected .

(Viii) the rights associated with the duty .

Duties of the citizens of the country: 

(I) the first duty of the citizen's loyalty to his country .

(Ii) The second duty of the citizen is to obey the law . 

(Iii) It is the duty of citizens to protect the public property . 

(Iv) it is the duty of citizens to pay taxes to a government that sincerely . 

1. Natural rights: the right of a person who is naturally, is called natural rights .

This includes the following rights .

(A) the right to freedom 

(B) the right to property 

(C) the right to live 

2. Moral rights: the rights of the person are based on emotions, is called moral rights . These rights are not legally recognized . - Like a master of authority over his pupil, a father on his son's legal rights, etc., but such rights are not recognized . 

3. Legal Rights: the right of the State is recognized and applicable state law when they are called legal rights . 

Right from the law are the following . 

(A) fundamental rights 

(B) social rights 

(C) political rights 

(D) the economic rights 

Power requirement:

Everyone has the right to require the 

(I) the right to full development of the individual is required . 

(Ii) important aspect of social life is the right to life .

(Iii) the right to provide the safety and soundness of individual lives and protect him from exploitation .

(Iv) no person without rights to their economic growth and social progress can not . 

Duties: Social life can not run smoothly without duty . Successful democracy citizens should be conscious of their duty . 

"Society has given us many things which we owe our debt to society is therefore the duty of the kind which we have to pay in exchange for the rights . of our responsibility towards society, which says it is the duty . 

There are two types of duty is .

(1) moral duty: the duty is not imposed by anyone but the person's feelings are generated by a person to whom the duty is a responsibility as subsistence . 

(I) character: it is the duty of every citizen to build his character and moral development of society to remain virtuous . 

(Ii) Service: it is the duty of every citizen parents, masters, your elders, to respect and to honor their service . Poor, helpless, orphans and day-to help the poor as much as possible and to serve . 

(2) a legal duty: the duty prescribed by law is called legal duty . The patriotism and service to country is connected with . Democracy by using their franchise to elect the government also has the legal duty . 

(I) patriotism: the first duty of every citizen that he is loyal to his country and patriotism, which is connected to the service of his country's citizens is the duty of a state . 

(Ii) exercise of voting rights: the right and duty of every citizen to elect a democratic government to exercise their franchise in the wrong and undemocratic government could not rule . 

(Iii) pay income tax: the taxes paid by the people in a democracy, the government moves . Hence it is the duty of every citizen to be honest on your income tax paid .
